Mystical Press Publishing
MPP is a private, small press primarily publishing books for AJ Nuest and Arial Burnz. Once freelance editors for Mystical Press Services, AJ & Arial have switched from editing to focusing on writing and publishing their own novels.
Award-winning author and editor, AJ has been immersed in the publishing industry since 2008. She is a multi-published author and writes women’s fiction, romance novels, and fantasy fiction with strong romantic elements. She is an avid reader of fantasy, romance and mystery novels. AJ lives in NW Indiana with her loving husband, two beautiful children, two dogs and a cat that can do no wrong. When she's not writing, her guilty pleasures include big gaudy rings, movie marathons, cuddling and chocolate. To view the latest hub-bub related to all things AJ please visit AJ's website or her blog at AJ's Tattered Pages.
Though a professional writer for the last 20 years composing various articles, technical, training and web publications, Arial has been entrenched in the fiction publishing industry since 2009. She is a traditionally and self-published author and writes erotica, erotic romance, paranormal fiction with strong romantic elements, young adult sci-fi and fantasy, and children’s fantasy fiction. She is an avid reader of paranormal, fantasy, romance and mystery novels for all age groups. Arial lives in Southern California with her romance novel hero and soul mate (a.k.a. husband), their two cats (Cody & Nicodemus) and their dog (Zeddicus Drool Zorander – Zedd for short). Her guilty pleasures include Star Wars: The Old Republic MMORPG…(pauses in thought…having trouble finding anything more fun than SW:TOR)…oh, dark chocolate and sushi (NOT eaten together, of course). You can visit Arial at her author web site.
AJ and Arial met and partnered in 2010 and have been as inseparable as two women thousands of miles away from each other can be (Thank goodness for the internet and cell phones!). They talk on an almost-daily basis, partnering in their endeavors to write romantic tales. Both have conducted writer workshops and composed many guest blog articles on various topics such as how to get published, character and story development, believable dialogue, writing sex scenes, preparing for publication, world building and others. Most times you can find either of them pulling their hair out to write their next novel or hopping all over the internet on blogs, Facebook, Twitter or their website promoting their books.
